Mondays: Inter Squad Scrimmages @ 3:30pm at SSPR Sports Complex - Starting on Jan 22nd
Tuesdays and Thursdays: Strength and Conditioning 4pm in the Weight Room - Starting on Jan 9th
Saturdays: Games at SSPR (must be pre registered through MSB) - Starting on Jan 13th
2025 TRYOUTS: Feb 24th, 25th and 26th
TIME: 3:45 at RCHS Turf (behind middle school) Mon, Tues, Wed (teams announced on Wed)
Must be cleared by athletic department in order to participate.
Must have stick, goggles, mouthguard, tennis (running) shoes, cleats and WARM clothes.
Must be registered by 2/14th to be eligible in time for tryouts:
