2024 Season Recap: Congratulations to our Girls on winning RCHS first ever Track and Field State Championship!
Our Girls and Boys Teams also captured the 2024 Continental League Titles. The first ever for our Girls!

Below are some reminders before we begin our official practices on Monday Feb 26:

RCHS Spring Sports Registration is Open! Please Register ASAP!!
Registration closes Feb 24th @ noon!
Physicals must be uploaded in the athlete's registration!

Monday FEB 26: 1st day of Practice!! - We will meet at 3:15pm sharp on the RCHS Track. Come ready to workout!!! We plan to be outside as much as possible during the season, so dress accordingly.

Winter Track Camp Begins Monday January 8th, Meet in RCHS PE Hallway 3:15pm
Registration and information for the RCHS/RHMS 2024 Winter Track Camp located below:
When: January 8th-Feb 23rd, Monday-Thursday 3:15-4:45pm and Friday/Saturday for Distance.
Athletes can tailor their schedule to drop in at any time. Attendance is 100% optional.
Who: Open to High School and Middle School Athletes
Where: Rock Canyon HS Track
What: Focus is on preparing every athlete with the goal of them having a successful 2024 Track and Field Season.
