2025 Season - First Week Info: The 2025 Track and Field Season beings Monday, Feb 24! Lots of things going on this first week so please make sure you're constantly checking this site for the latest updates!
Spring TRACK and Field Registration closes soon, Please Register ASAP to avoid any unexcused absences to the start of your season Monday.
First Day of Practice/Tryouts- February 24th - Baseball, Girls Golf, Boys Lacrosse, Girls Lacrosse, Girls Soccer, Girls Tennis, and Track & Field (co-ed).
Before an athlete is cleared to participate in the first day of tryouts or practice, 3 steps must be complete. Please complete these 3 steps so you are ready to practice on Feb 24!!!
1. Register for your sport.2. Upload a current (performed within the last 365 days) physical form in the registration system.

3. Pay the required registration fee in MSB
Track Parent/Athlete Night: Tuesday Feb 25, 6:00 -7:00pm RCHS auditorium. We will be sharing lots of important information that night, so parent and athletes please be sure to attend!!
Monday FEB 24 2025: 1st day of Practice!! - We will meet at 3:15pm sharp on the RCHS Track. Come ready to workout!!! We plan to be outside as much as possible during the season, so dress accordingly.

2024 Season Recap: Congratulations to our Girls on winning RCHS first ever Track and Field State Championship!
Our Girls and Boys Teams also captured the 2024 Continental League Titles. The first ever for our Girls!

Winter Track Camp Begins Monday January 8th, Meet in RCHS PE Hallway 3:15pm
Registration and information for the RCHS/RHMS 2024 Winter Track Camp located below:
When: January 8th-Feb 23rd, Monday-Thursday 3:15-4:45pm and Friday/Saturday for Distance.
Athletes can tailor their schedule to drop in at any time. Attendance is 100% optional.
Who: Open to High School and Middle School Athletes
Where: Rock Canyon HS Track
What: Focus is on preparing every athlete with the goal of them having a successful 2024 Track and Field Season.
