Below are some reminders before we begin our official practices on Monday:
Register by noon Friday FEB 24th!!!
RCHS Spring Sports Registration is Open! Please Register ASAP!!
Baseball, B & G Lacrosse, G Soccer, G Tennis, B & G Track, B Volleyball, G Golf are open.
Registration closes Feb 24th @ noon!
Physicals must be uploaded in the athlete's registration!

Monday FEB 27: 1st day of Practice!! - We will meet at 3:10pm sharp on the RCHS Track. Come ready to workout!!! We plan to be outside as much as possible during the season, so dress accordingly.

2023 Rock Track High School Winter Camp:
Who: Current Rock Canyon High School 9-12th graders.
What: A 8 week training program for dedicated Track and Field athletes looking to be prepared for the 2023 Track and Field season.
When: January 10th - Feb. 24th
Monday-Friday - 3:15pm - 5:00pm
Where: Rock Canyon High School Track
Cost: $200.00 (athletes will receive a long sleeve T shirt and racing singlet)

What: A 8 week training program for dedicated Track and Field athletes looking to be prepared for the 2023 Track and Field season.
When: January 10th - Feb. 24th
Monday- Friday - 3:15pm - 5:00pm
Where: Rock Canyon High School Track
2023 Track and Fields First Official Practice is Monday, Feb. 27.

You will see a quick link and HOW to Register!
You create a family account with all kids/athletes and then upload physicals as I don't take them.
You will receive an email from Rschool saying your athlete is cleared to play or needs more information. ( this takes about 4 days)
Then you are linked to the MSB account(MSB Store) and make the Athlete payment of $200
