This should be done by Monday August 7 to avoid disrupting our practices the first official week!!!

Payment on myschoolbucks.com Click below to begin registration rockcanyonhs-ar.rschooltoday.com/viewmyaccount 2023 First Official Practice: Tuesday August 8, 3:10 -5:30pm -We meet in the RCHS West Parking Lot, very south part of the grass. Practices are Monday-Friday, with some Saturday Meets. All Athletes compete at every meet except the 3 Varsity Meets (Woodbridge California, Regionals. and State). Lockers - Girls will use the Girls PE locker rooms to change, while the Boys will use the Team Room. MAKE SURE YOU BRING A LOCK TO SECURE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. Our weebly website is updated every Sunday evening with the upcoming weeks schedule, etc. We're looking forward to the 2023 season so we hope you're ready to go on August 8! 2023 RCHS Summer XC Camp Registration/Info: RCHS XC High School/Middle School Camp: The camp runs from June 5 through August 4th. Our 9 week camp is open to High School and Middle School Cross Country athletes of all abilities. The camp will be run by a highly qualified and experienced RCHS XC Staff, as well as RCHS XC alumni currently competing at the collegiate level. Camp Meeting Times: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 9:00am, RCHS West Parking lot. Two days a week runs will be held off campus on trails such as the Highline Canal, Waterton Canyon, Platte River, etc. Attendance at camp is very flexible as we understand that families take vacations during the summer.
