- Turn in your Team Contract if you have not done so already!
- Club swimmers must swim & attend 2 practices per week or 1 practice and a swim meet unless you have a previously approved reason
- Arrive to practice on time unless you have a previously approved reason.
- Bring your water bottles. Hydrate and eat a healthy snack or lunch prior to practice
- Show your JAG Pride through your Grace & Sportsmanship both in and out of the pool!
Thank you to Coach Seaquist, Jenny, Kathy and Managers Courtney & Emerson for all of your support and hard work. Thank you to our wonderful JAG Parents for all of your support and dedication to your daughters and our JAG Swim & Dive Family. Thank you to Courtney and our Seniors Devon Barclay, Sophia Lush for your help with our JAGS Auto remind, Instagram & Twitter keeping us all in the loop. JAGS as we enter into our Competition Season stay positive, focused and disciplined in everything you do. Your determination and hard work will pay off both in and out of the pool. Be the best YOU can be!
"I wouldn't say anything is impossible. I think that everything is possible as long as you put your mind to it and put the work and time into it!" Inspirational Quote from Olympian Michael Phelps
