Meet Entries are Coach determined. If you are entered in a meet you will swim in that meet. Changes are VERY difficult to make. Be prepared just in case you will be added in a relay or another event on meet day. Don't worry, we will tell you if that is the case!
Turn in your Team Contract if you have not done so already!
Club swimmers must swim & attend 2 practices per week or 1 practice and a swim meet unless you have a previously approved reason
Arrive to practice on time unless you have a previously approved reason.
Bring your water bottles. Hydrate and eat a healthy snack or lunch prior to practice
Show your JAG Pride through your Grace & Sportsmanship both in and out of the pool!
Thank you to Coach Seaquist, Jenny, Kathy and Managers Courtney & Emerson for all of your support and hard work. Thank you to our wonderful JAG Parents for all of your support and dedication to your daughters and our JAG Swim & Dive Family. JAGS as we enter into our Competition Season stay positive, focused and disciplined in everything you do. Your determination and hard work will pay off both in and out of the pool. Be the best YOU can be!
